Instructions
Step 1
Cooking sour cream rolls
Take fresh bread, cut off the edges, cut into slices. Crumble each slice or cut into small pieces. Put the loaf in a bowl. In a separate container, mix honey with 100 ml of water, pour this solution on a loaf, mix a little. Put the loaf on a clean table, join together and roll into one layer, let it dry a little. In a separate container, mix sour cream and sugar, beat, spread cream on a layer of loaf dough, put jam or jam on top, roll the dough with filling into a roll, cut into pieces, and the dessert is ready to use.
Step 2
Cooking a cold dessert
All ingredients of this dessert must be initially chilled. Divide sour cream into 3 equal parts, cottage cheese into 2 parts. Whip one part of sour cream with sugar, beat the second part of sour cream with one part of cottage cheese and a little sugar, and beat a third of sour cream with cottage cheese and washed berries. Take glasses or glasses, put a layer with berries on the bottom, then a layer of curd-sour cream, and then just a layer of sour cream. Sprinkle dessert with nuts or chocolate, or garnish with berries. Optionally, you can put it in the cold for a while. Cold sour cream dessert is ready!
Step 3
Cooking sour cream jelly
Soak gelatin in cold water for 30 minutes. While the gelatin is soaking, sort out and rinse the berries, put them in a mold. Melt the gelatin, leave to cool to room temperature. While the gelatin is cooling, whisk the sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Combine and stir well the sour cream and gelatin, pour this mixture over the berries and refrigerate. When the dessert hardens, it can be served. The preparation time for sour cream jelly takes no more than 2 hours.
