Required Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. spoons of milk;
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
  • 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • 20 g butter.

Preparation:

In a deep bowl, mix eggs, flour and 1 tbsp. a spoonful of milk. In a separate enamel bowl, mix the sugar with the rest of the milk, then put the mixture on low heat and bring it to a boil. When the liquid boils, gradually pour the first part of the milk with flour and eggs into it. Boil the cream until it thickens - about 5-7 minutes.

Remove the mass from heat, add butter to it, then mix thoroughly and leave to cool to room temperature. Place the custard in the refrigerator for a while before decorating the cupcakes.

Cream for cupcakes from sour cream and condensed milk

Required Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk;
  • 200 g butter;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 300 g of chopped walnuts.

Preparation:

First, beat the condensed milk with slightly softened butter. If desired, you can use boiled condensed milk. Add sour cream, chopped nuts to the resulting mixture and beat all the ingredients again until smooth. We remove the finished cream to cool in the refrigerator, after which we decorate the freshly baked muffins with it.

Chocolate cream for cupcakes

Required Ingredients:

  • 200 g of dark chocolate;
  • 50 g of honey;
  • 250 ml cream.

Preparation:

First, mix the cream with liquid honey in an enamel bowl, place the mixture on low heat and bring it to a boil. Then add bitter chocolate to the honey-creamy mass in small portions. Stir the mixture slowly until the chocolate dissolves and a uniform consistency is achieved. Remove the dishes from the heat and stir the mixture every 5 minutes until it cools completely. Before decorating the cupcakes with chocolate cream, cool it in the refrigerator.
