Chocolate icing on sweet pastries is the perfect way to make your dessert even better. But to prepare such a supplement, you do not have to be a highly skilled culinary specialist. For the chocolate glaze, you need very simple ingredients and no more than 10 minutes of your time.

- For sour cream glaze:
- - sour cream with fat content from 20% - 200 ml;
- - cocoa powder - 5 tbsp. l. without a slide;
- - sugar - 180 g
- For milk frosting:
- - milk - 60 ml;
- - cocoa powder - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - butter - 50 g
- For the chocolate frosting:
- - dark chocolate bar - 1 pc. (90-100 g);
- - butter - 50 g

Step 1
To make the sour cream chocolate icing, take a small scoop and put all the ingredients in it: fatty sour cream, cocoa powder and sugar. Mix everything together well and place on the stove. While stirring constantly, bring the mixture until the first bubbles appear. After that, immediately remove the chocolate icing from the stove, cool, and then it can be used to cover sweet pastries.
Step 2
For the second method, dissolve a spoonful of sugar in milk and add cocoa. Then put the mixture on the stove and set it to a low temperature. Cook the frosting, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens. After that, put the butter in it and wait until it is completely melted. Cool the finished icing and use it for cakes and pastries.
Step 3
The easiest way is to make a chocolate frosting. To do this, take a bar of dark chocolate, break it into pieces and put it in a ladle. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. To do this, place the ladle on top of a saucepan of boiling water (so that the water does not touch the ladle) and stir all the time until the chocolate becomes liquid. Then put a piece of butter in it and stir.
