Step 1
First of all, you need to prepare the dough for thin pizza. To do this, put warm water, granulated sugar, salt and dry shivers in a deep bowl. Mix everything well.

Then add flour and olive oil. Knead the dough. Divide the dough in two. Each half can be used to make a pizza.

The dough must be rolled out with a rolling pin so that it looks like a large pancake. Sprinkle with flour as needed.

Prepare the sauce. To do this, you need to take 2-3 small tomatoes, rinse them with hot water and remove the skin. Grind in a blender and add some dry basil and oregano. Add salt, sugar and olive oil while stirring. Put the cooked mass on fire and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. The prepared sauce must be cooled.
Step 5
The entire surface of the dough must be greased with the prepared sauce. Lay out pre-cut mushrooms, ham, bell peppers and tomatoes. Sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs.
Step 6
Place the pizza in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
