Thin Italian pizza with a great taste, which is inherent only in Italian cuisine.
It is necessary
- For the test you will need:
- • 100 ml. warm water;
- • ½ teaspoon instant dry yeast;
- • 5 gr. salt;
- • 5 gr. Sahara;
- • 400 gr. sifted flour;
- • Egg-1 piece;
- • 20 gr. olive oil.
- To prepare the filling you will need:
- • Tomatoes-100 gr.;
- • Ham-100 gr.;
- • Cheese-120 gr.;
- • Bulgarian pepper-50 gr.;
- • Fresh champignons-100 gr.;
- • Tomato sauce:
- 2-3 tomatoes;
- Olive oil;
- Dried basil;
- Oregano;
- Salt;
- Sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Dough
Dissolve yeast in water and add sugar, salt. When bubbles begin to appear on the surface of the water, you need to introduce half of the flour there, mix, add the egg and mix again. Pour in the remaining flour and pour in the olive oil, then knead thoroughly. From the resulting dough, you can make two pizzas at once, so we divide it into 2 equal parts. Roll out ½ part to a thickness of about 2 mm. The base blank is ready.
Step 2
Sauce
Immerse the tomatoes in boiling water for 1 minute, remove the peel and grind (it is best to do this through a medium strainer so that tomato seeds do not come across in the sauce). Add oregano, basil, salt and sugar, and a little olive oil to taste. Simmer over low heat all the time, stirring for about 5 minutes. Then let the sauce cool.
Step 3
We collect pizza
Put tomato sauce on the dough. Put the filling of ham, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms on it. Sprinkle everything on top with plenty of cheese and herbs.
Step 4
We bake pizza
We bake pizza in the oven for about 15 minutes at a temperature of 220 degrees.
