Pie with strawberries and cream turns out not only very beautiful and festive, but also very tasty! Still - after all, the combination of strawberries with cream can be considered ideal!
It is necessary
- - 500 g of strawberries;
- - 300 ml of whipped cream;
- - 170 g of cane sugar;
- - 4 eggs;
- - 60 g of corn and wheat flour;
- - 30 g butter;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of strawberry jam, milk;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of powdered sugar;
- - 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Step 2
Grease 2 round tins with butter, line with parchment. Sprinkle with flour.
Step 3
Sift wheat and corn flour, add baking soda.
Step 4
Beat eggs and sugar until light. Stir in flour mixture, stir, add hot milk. Pour the resulting dough into 2 tins, bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven, leave for 5 minutes. Then remove the cakes from the molds, leave them to cool.
Step 5
Mix the icing sugar and cream together. Whisk.
Step 6
Put one cake on a dish, brush with strawberry jam. Top with half the whipped cream and half the strawberries, cut in half. Cover with a second crust, add the rest of the cream and strawberries. Sprinkle with powdered sugar on top, serve immediately.
