It is necessary

    • 1 kg. meat (beef);
    • 3 potatoes;
    • 1 bell pepper;
    • 1 onion;
    • 1 carrot;
    • 2 tomatoes;
    • 300 gr. green beans;
    • vegetable oil;
    • salt and pepper to taste;
    • greens;
    • 1 clove of garlic.

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the meat under running water, pat dry with a paper towel. Cut into small strips no more than two centimeters thick. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a deep frying pan and add the chopped meat to it. Add some salt and seasoning for the meat if desired. Fry the beef over high heat, stirring occasionally until a crust appears.

Step 2

Peel the onion and cut into thin rings. Cut the peeled carrots lengthwise into four parts, then cut each part across so that you get pieces about three centimeters long. Wash the bell peppers under running water, peel and cut into small strips. Pour boiling water over the tomato, remove the skin with a sharp knife and cut into small pieces. Put the peeled and chopped vegetables (onions, carrots, peppers, tomatoes) in a deep frying pan with hot vegetable oil, lightly salt, fry over high heat for 5 minutes, then simmer under the lid for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Rinse the potatoes under running water, peel and cut into small cubes. Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife. Rinse fresh herbs under running water and chop in a blender. Cut the green beans into pieces no more than two centimeters long. If using frozen beans, boil them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes.

Step 4

Take a deep, refractory mold with a lid, preferably an earthenware one. Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into the bottom of the mold. Arrange the potatoes and sautéed meat. Mix gently. Place the green beans on top. Lightly add salt. Then add the fried vegetables - onions, carrots, peppers and tomatoes. Pour in some hot water so that it barely covers all the vegetables. in an oven preheated to 170 degrees, 60 minutes. Add herbs and garlic 10 minutes before finishing. Bon Appetit.
