Snapper meat (this is the other name for sea bass) is very aromatic and soft, of course, if it is cooked correctly. The easiest option is to fry it and serve it with lemon sauce. The result is both a simple and an original dish.
It is necessary
- For four servings:
- - 200 g of sea bass;
- - half a glass of dry white wine;
- - 2 tbsp. spoons of parsley, capers, fresh lemon juice;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of olive oil;
- - 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper, salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a non-stick frying pan and heat the specified amount of olive oil in it. Rinse the sea bass fillet, season with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a skillet, fry on each side for 3-4 minutes. Sea bass cooks very quickly, don't overcook it.
Step 2
Put the sea bass fillet on a plate, pour fresh lemon juice, white wine into the same frying pan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, simmer the sauce for a couple of minutes, it should thicken.
Step 3
Chop the parsley and capers, put in the sauce in the pan, stir, simmer together for another minute. You can add finely chopped onions to the sauce if desired for flavor. Lemon sauce for sea bass is ready.
Step 4
Any side dish, such as spaggeti or boiled potatoes, will work with fried sea bass. Serve hot, sprinkled with juice and wine sauce.
