Pancakes are a traditional and hearty Russian dish. The excellent flavor combination of caviar and salted fish with pancakes has been known for a long time. The original pancake cake with salmon will decorate any table.

For making pancakes:
- red caviar 1 tbsp l.;
- eggs - 4 pcs.;
- milk - 2 glass;
- water - 2 glasses;
- sugar - 1 tbsp. l.;
- flour - 4 cups;
- salt - 0.5 - 1 tsp;
- soda - 1 tsp;
- butter - 2 tbsp. l.;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l.
To prepare the filling:
- dill greens - 1 bunch;
- slightly salted salmon - 250 g;
- curd cheese - 100 g.
Preparation
Let's make pancake dough. In a deep bowl, using a mixer, beat eggs with sugar, softened butter, salt and soda. Pour in warm milk and water. Gradually add the sifted flour. The pancake dough must be thin.
In a frying pan greased with vegetable oil, fry the pancakes on both sides until golden brown. When the pancake is ready, transfer it to a plate and brush with butter. For a pancake cake, you need to bake 17-20 pancakes.
Let's prepare the filling. Take the fillet of lightly salted salmon and finely cut into pieces. Rinse a bunch of dill and chop very finely. Mix the dill with the curd cheese.
Now it remains to form the pancake cake. Put the baked pancake on a flat dish. Lubricate it on top with a filling of cottage cheese and dill. Then put in thinly sliced pieces of salmon. Thus, repeat with each pancake until the filling ends. Grease the last top pancake with cottage cheese and garnish with red caviar.
