Charlotte in a slow cooker
Delicate cake made of biscuit dough with apple and curd filling is a real treat for those with a sweet tooth. To prepare it, you will need:
- 5 eggs;
- 1 glass of flour;
- 1 glass of granulated sugar for dough;
- 300 grams of cottage cheese;
- 100 grams of granulated sugar for the filling;
- 50 grams of butter;
- 5 sweet apples.
Beat eggs with a glass of granulated sugar until a firm foam forms. Gradually add flour into it using a wooden spoon.
To make the dough more flavorful, half of the regular sugar can be replaced with vanilla.
Mash cottage cheese with 100 grams of sugar and butter. Core the medium sized apples and cut them into thin wedges.
Grease a bowl of a multicooker with vegetable oil and place half of the dough in it. Place most of the apple slices on top of it and cover them with a little dough. Place the curd filling on top and pour the remaining dough over it. Place the rest of the apples on top of the dough. Bake the charlotte for 60 minutes in Bake mode. Sprinkle the finished cake with icing sugar or garnish with berry jam.
To make the charlotte stronger and not fall off, after baking is complete, hold it for 10 minutes in a closed multicooker.
