Step 1
Having previously washed the beef and dried it on a napkin, cut it into cubes of the desired size (if you want, cut it large; if you want, medium or small).

Peeling the potatoes, also chopping them into cubes or pieces - at your discretion. It is better to cut carrots into strips, so the dish will look more appetizing; or, if you like, you can grate it on a coarse grater. Cut the onion into small pieces.
Step 3
It's time to deal with mushrooms. Fresh mushrooms require peeling and rinsing. If you got frozen ones, let them thaw. Be sure to boil it in salt water for about 15-20 minutes. When the mushrooms are cooked, cut them into several pieces. We leave the broth for now.
Step 4
We heat the pan with a small amount of sunflower oil and throw in the meat, which needs to be fried quickly over high heat until half cooked. We fry in small portions so that the meat is not stewed. Next, we transfer the beef to the roasting pan. In the same frying pan, with the addition of oil, we fry the potatoes for just a few minutes, it should only be half cooked. Potatoes are also sent to the meat in the brazier.
Step 5
Fry the onions in the same skillet, with the addition of butter and sunflower oil, until translucent. Carrots, salt, pepper also go there and it is still fried for 5-7 minutes. We send all the ingredients to the brazier with meat and potatoes. We quickly fry the mushrooms and throw them in the same place. We try to prevent fat from frying to get into the brazier.
Step 6
It remains to add sour cream and lavrushka. We fill everything with broth or just water. By the way, we still have a decoction from the mushrooms - you can pour it into the brazier. It depends on taste and preference. You can add butter, but this is not necessary. The dish will be saturated without it. After adding salt and pepper to taste, mix everything and close the lid. If there is no lid, you can also use foil, the effect is the same.
Step 7
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and set the dish for 1, 5 - 2 hours. The broth should not completely boil away, you need to monitor this. It remains to wait until everything is ready and pull out the brazier. It is advisable to wait fifteen minutes before serving.
