You need to drain the liquid from the fish and break it with a fork into smaller pieces. Mix lemon juice with olive oil, black pepper and salt.

Layer sliced cucumbers and bell peppers, sliced into rings or strips. Top with slices of tuna and halves of olives. Top with cooked sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped green onions.
