Cabbage rolls are a delicious and nutritious dish that is loved by many people. Lazy cabbage rolls allow you to enjoy almost the same unique taste, but at the same time spend much less time on cooking.
Ingredients:
- 1 whole cabbage fork
- 1 medium carrot;
- 350-450 g minced meat (any);
- 150 g of rice groats;
- 150 g of hard cheese;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 2 onions;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 250 g sour cream;
- 1 bunch of parsley;
- spices and salt.
Preparation:
- First, prepare the minced meat. If you are using commercial frozen minced meat, then thaw it at room temperature. You can also make it yourself by chopping the meat with a meat grinder. In order for the minced meat to be more tender, the meat must be passed through a meat grinder 2 times.
- Rice grits must be thoroughly washed and poured into a small saucepan. A little water is poured into it, so that the cereal is completely covered with it and put on the stove. After boiling, with occasional stirring, the rice is brought to a half-cooked state. Then the liquid is drained from it and washed 2 times with cold water.
- Peeled and washed onions must be cut into small cubes.
- You also need to remove the peel from the carrot and chop it with a grater.
- Chopped vegetables should be poured into a hot frying pan, into which a little vegetable oil should first be poured. They only need to be lowered slightly.
- Pour prepared rice groats, minced meat, fried vegetables and finely chopped parsley into a deep cup. All these ingredients must be mixed well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk and whisk two eggs well (for pouring).
- Place 6 cabbage leaves evenly in a baking dish and cover with a small portion of beaten eggs. Lay a layer of minced meat on top of them. Repeat this procedure until you run out of ingredients. As a result, you get a semblance of a puff pastry.
- Spread the sour cream evenly on top. The last layer will be grated cheese.
- Place the cabbage rolls in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cut the dish into portions and serve hot.
