Boil pasta, discard them in a colander.

Rinse the pork liver in running water, place in a deep bowl and cover with cold water. Soak the liver for 1 hour, then drain the water.

Cut the liver into small pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and fry the liver along with chopped onions.

Add flour to the frying pan to the liver, mix everything well. Pour in milk, salt and pepper the liver. Bring the contents of the pan to a boil and simmer the liver for 2-3 minutes with constant stirring.

Brush a baking dish with vegetable oil. Put the boiled pasta in an even layer, then the stewed liver. Cover everything with beaten egg. Sprinkle the grated cheese over the dish, top with the butter, cut into small pieces.

Cook the casserole in the oven for 15-20 minutes until a beautiful brownish crust appears.

Rinse tomatoes, eggplants and young courgettes with plenty of water. Peel the zucchini. Cut everything into circles 5 mm thick.

Mix flour and salt, roll chopped vegetables in it and fry them on both sides in vegetable oil.

Put the fried vegetables in a deep bowl in the following sequence: tomatoes, zucchini, tomatoes, eggplants, tomatoes. Sprinkle each layer of vegetables with a thin layer of rice, cooked until half cooked. Calculate the amount of ingredients based on the size of the mold.

Make a mixture of milk, eggs, salt, and black pepper. Pour it over the vegetables. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese.
