Instructions
Step 1
Pass 500 g of cottage cheese through a meat grinder. If you wish, you can grind the cottage cheese with a crush or grind it in a blender.

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter, not boiling.

Beat 1 egg with 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar until a firm foam appears.
