These stuffed pancakes are a great treat with or without!
It is necessary
- Pancakes:
- - 9 tbsp. with a slide;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 3 tbsp. Sahara;
- - a pinch of vanillin;
- - a pinch of baking soda;
- - 600 ml of warm milk;
- - 3 tbsp. vegetable oil.
- Curd filling:
- - 400 g of cottage cheese;
- - 2 eggs;
- - 8 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 2 tbsp. vanilla sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking pancakes. To do this, beat the eggs with the addition of warm milk with a whisk until smooth, avoiding foam.
Step 2
Add sugar, vanillin and beat again.
Step 3
Sift flour and soda to the liquid ingredients and beat again until smooth so that all the lumps of flour are completely dissolved. If necessary, filter the dough through a sieve.
Step 4
Add oil and mix well again. Set the dough aside for about half an hour at room temperature.
Step 5
Fry the pancakes in the usual way over a slightly above medium heat. Grease each pancake with melted butter if desired. Let the ready-made pancakes cool a little.
Step 6
While the pancakes are cooling, prepare the curd filling. To do this, grind all the ingredients with a food processor or fork into a homogeneous mass.
Step 7
Fill each pancake with filling and wrap it in an envelope. Fry each for a couple of minutes on each side in a hot pan in a mixture of butter and vegetable oil. You can also bake pancakes in the oven: for this we put them in a greased form in one layer and send them for about a quarter of an hour in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
Step 8
Serve hot or lightly chilled if you don't like hot curd. Great with honey!
