The cake turns out to be unusually tasty and amazing. Consists of four lemon crust soaked in coffee cream. The delicacy will decorate the festive table and delight the household, as well as the guests.

- - 200 ml of kefir
- - 250 g butter
- - 200 g granulated sugar
- - lemon zest
- - 1, 5 tsp baking powder
- - 400 ml of milk
- - 1, 5 Art. l. natural coffee
- - 5 tbsp. l. semolina
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Beat butter with 150 g granulated sugar. Grate the lemon zest and add to the butter and sugar mixture. Add kefir, flour, baking powder and stir until smooth.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with baking paper and dough. Bake in a preheated oven to 180 for 30-35 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool. Cut the biscuit into quarters. Cut the cakes evenly with a dish. And chop the scraps into crumbs.
Step 3
Prepare the cream. Soak gelatin in cold water and leave for 10-15 minutes, it should swell. Brew coffee in hot water. Then cool and strain well. Pour in milk and stir. Add semolina and 50 g granulated sugar, mix well and put on fire, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and leave to cool. Add gelatin to the cooled mixture and stir.
Step 4
Beat with a mixer 200 g of butter at room temperature. Add milk mixture to it and beat until smooth.
Step 5
Lubricate each crust with cream and place on a dish. Grease the top and sides of the cake too. Sprinkle with crumbs and store in a cool place for 8-10 hours.
