It is necessary

  • 1 banana
  • · Egg white from 4 eggs;
  • 2 egg yolks;
  • · Salt to taste;
  • 105 g brown sugar;
  • 130 g flour;
  • 90 ml of milk;
  • 65 ml of vegetable oil;
  • · vanilla sugar;
  • 6 egg yolks;
  • 1 tsp baking powder;
  • · 1 tbsp. l. potato starch;
  • 100 g flour;
  • · 2 tbsp. l. water;
  • 100 g brown sugar;
  • · food coloring;
  • 2 bananas;
  • 300 g frozen strawberries;
  • · Egg white from 4 eggs;
  • 480 ml of cream;
  • 150 g icing sugar;
  • 3 tsp lemon juice;
  • 15 g of gelatin;
  • · 4 tbsp. l. water.

Instructions

Step 1

Let's start by making a banana biscuit.

Pour baking powder into flour and add. Sift this mixture several times through a sieve and add 3 tablespoons of sugar.

Step 2

Add egg yolks and vegetable oil to the milk, sprinkle with vanilla sugar and beat until fluffy. Cut the banana into random pieces and add to the resulting mixture. Combine loose ingredients and add to the same place.

Step 3

Beat the proteins and the remaining sugar with a mixer until thick sour cream. Gradually introduce the resulting "eggnog" into the dough.

Step 4

Leave the baking dish dry, otherwise the biscuit will not rise well. So, put the dough into a mold and send it to the oven, where the temperature has already reached 160 degrees, for half an hour. We check the readiness of the biscuit with a toothpick. Do not open the oven for the first 25 minutes so that the biscuit does not go down!

Step 5

We take out the form from the oven and put it upside down on the wire rack. Leave it at rest until it cools completely. If necessary, we pass carefully with a knife along the side edges of the biscuit to make it easier to remove it from the mold.

Step 6

Now you need to prepare the banana and strawberry biscuits.

Put the yolks into the water and sprinkle with sugar, then beat with a mixer until a white creamy state. Add sifted flour with starch and baking powder to the resulting cream. Divide the dough into two equal parts. Introduce food coloring into one of the parts.

Step 7

We take the shape in which we will fold our cake, and measure its diameter. Put both parts of the dough on the baking parchment. Each color should be 70% of the diameter of the mold. The height of the form does not matter. We bake the multi-colored dough for 5-10 minutes.

Step 8

Now let's do the mousse.

Pour cold water into dry gelatin and leave for 10 minutes. Colored biscuit mode on even stripes. Cut the pre-chilled banana biscuit in half. We put one half on the bottom of the mold, without closing it. We arrange strips of colored biscuit along the edges of the mold wall, alternating colors (pink, white, pink, white). When finished, close the form.

Step 9

Beat the whites into a strong foam. Beat the cream with a mixer until thick sour cream. Mash the bananas with a fork, and beat the strawberries in mashed potatoes with a blender. Add 50 g of powdered sugar to the banana puree, 100 g to the strawberry puree. Mix everything until smooth in different containers. Add 1 tbsp to both containers. l. lemon juice and divide the swollen gelatin into containers.

Step 10

Place the cream in two containers. We mix in the strawberry mixture in one, and the banana mixture in the second. Whisk the whites thoroughly and divide them conditionally into two equal parts. Now gently drive them into the creamy mass with a spatula.

Step 11

Pour banana mousse into the mold, put half of the banana biscuit on it, then pour out the strawberry mousse. Put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to harden. Better, of course, to leave overnight. Before serving, it remains only to decorate the cake at your discretion.
