  • For glaze:
  • - sour cream 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • - cocoa 2 teaspoons;
  • - sugar 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • - butter 3 tbsp. spoons.

Instructions

Step 1

Cooking cakes. Pour sugar into melted butter and stir. Then add eggs, slaked soda, flour one by one and mix thoroughly again. Divide the resulting dough into 2 parts. Add cocoa to one of them. Roll out the cakes. You should have 2 dark and 2 light ones. Bake each for 35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees. Cool the finished biscuits, and cut the cakes out of them in the shape of a heart.

Step 2

Preparing the cream. Mash butter with sugar. Cook semolina from milk and semolina and cool. Pour the lemons over with boiling water, dry and rub together with the peel on a fine grater. Add grated lemons and butter to the semolina porridge. Beat the whole mass with a mixer. Put the cream in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Set aside a little of the cream for the inscription, grease the cakes with the rest and fold the cake.

Step 3

For the glaze, combine sour cream, cocoa, sugar and cook, stirring occasionally, over low heat until thickened. Then add the butter. Cover the top and sides of the cake with the cooled icing. Make an inscription with cream.
