It is necessary

  • - potatoes - 8 pcs.;
  • - carrots - 1 pc.;
  • - onions - 1 pc.;
  • - tomato - 2 pcs.;
  • - ground coriander - 1 tsp;
  • - turmeric - 1 tsp;
  • - dried dill - 1 tsp;
  • - salt;
  • - ground black pepper - 1 tsp;
  • - sunflower oil - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - sleeve for baking;
  • - baking sheet or ovenproof dish.

Instructions

Step 1

First, peel the potatoes, onions and carrots. Cut the potatoes into 6-8 pieces depending on the size of the tubers. Divide the carrots in half and chop into bars. Onions - in half rings. Cut the tomatoes into small cubes or just grate them.

Step 2

Now put all the chopped vegetables in a bowl and add spices to them - turmeric, dried dill, coriander, black pepper, salt, and pour in sunflower oil. Then mix everything together well. Leave the workpiece to soak a little for 10 minutes, but for now turn on the oven and set the temperature to 180 degrees.

Step 3

When 10 minutes have elapsed, take a roasting sleeve and fold the potatoes and vegetables into it. Tie the edges with thread or fasten with clips, which are sometimes included with the sleeve (while the sleeve should not tightly tighten its contents - there should be a little air inside). And then transfer the workpiece to a baking sheet and send to the oven for 1, 5 hours.

Step 4

As soon as the baking time comes to an end, carefully open the sleeve so as not to burn yourself with the steam, and transfer the prepared food to a dish (or other convenient dish). It can be immediately served to the table, sprinkled with fresh chopped herbs if desired.
