If you have an oven and a roasting sleeve, you can easily make a delicious hearty dish of meat and potatoes without spending even one hour. Due to the fact that they are baked in their own juice and spices, the dish turns out to be very tender, juicy and aromatic.

It is necessary

  • - meat (chicken or pork) - 0.5 kg;
  • - potatoes - 1 kg;
  • - onions - 2 pcs.;
  • - garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - butter - 50 g;
  • - soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - dried dill - 1 tbsp. l.;
  • - ground black pepper - 3 pinches;
  • - salt;
  • - sleeve for baking.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel and rinse potatoes and onions. Remove the husk from the garlic. Chop medium-sized potatoes into 8-10 pieces. If it is small, then you can divide it into 4 parts. Cut the onion into quarters. Chop the garlic.

Step 2

If you have pork, cut it into small cubes. If the chicken, for example, wings, thighs or drumsticks, then leave them intact. Rub the meat with ground black pepper.

Step 3

Turn on the oven, setting the temperature to 200 degrees. Take a roasting sleeve. Place chopped potatoes, onions and meat in it. Put in the garlic. Pour in the soy sauce. Add butter, dried dill and salt. Mix everything well. After that, tie the edge of the sleeve tightly into a knot or fix it with a clip.

Step 4

Place the sleeve on a baking sheet or baking dish and place in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes. After the time has passed, remove the sleeve and place it on a large dish. Make a large cut in it and carefully remove it. Divide the potatoes with meat into portions and serve with fresh salad and herbs.
