It is necessary

  • - 500-700 g of chicken meat;
  • - 1-2 pcs. large potatoes;
  • - 1 medium-sized carrot;
  • - 1-2 onions;
  • - 1 bell pepper;
  • - 150 g of pumpkin pulp;
  • - 1 small vegetable marrow;
  • - 150 g of hard cheese;
  • - sauce for meat (mayonnaise) –3-4 tbsp. l.;
  • - spices to taste;
  • - garlic to taste;
  • - salt to taste;
  • - greens to taste;
  • - sleeve for baking.

Instructions

Step 1

Wash chicken meat thoroughly and dry with napkins. Cut into pieces that will suit you, but it is better not to grind. Add spices to the meat, salt a little and mix everything well. Pour in the prepared sauce. If there is no sauce, add mayonnaise. Mix everything again. Cover the meat with a napkin and set aside for a while. Start cooking vegetables.

Wash the vegetables. The ones that need to be cleaned, cleaned up. Cut all fruits into approximately the same pieces, for example, into large cubes (do not grind).

Step 3

Unfold the sleeve and cut off enough so that it can freely accommodate all the products. Immediately (empty) put it on a baking sheet so that later it would be convenient to stack the food. Place chicken meat in the middle of the sleeve. Cover it with vegetables. This can be done in two ways: lay the vegetables one after another around and on top of the meat, or first mix all the vegetables and then cover the meat with them. Salt a little.

Step 4

Tie sleeve tightly on both sides. If it is without perforations, then it is necessary to make punctures, for example, with a toothpick. Place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 C and bake for about an hour. Be sure to focus on the features of your oven.

Step 5

After the lapse of time, carefully (you can burn yourself) cut the sleeve with scissors. Sprinkle the dish with grated cheese mixed with garlic (grate the garlic or pass through a press). Send vegetables with meat again to the upper tier of the oven, so that the cheese melts a little and takes on a golden color.

Step 6

The finished dish can be served on the table as an independent dish or with a side dish. Add greens.
