Any dish up the sleeve always turns out tasty, juicy and healthy. Most often, chicken is cooked in the sleeve, usually thighs or whole carcasses. But the recipe with chicken fillet can be found much less often. The fillet itself is nothing special, but if you add vegetables and spices to it, you get a special dish, aromatic and satisfying.

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the chicken fillet and cut into medium-sized cubes. Marinate the meat for 30 minutes, adding spices, finely chopped garlic and mayonnaise. You can add some soy sauce.
Step 2
We clean vegetables. Carrot mode in slices, onions - in half rings, sweet peppers not in large slices, potatoes - in cubes. The potatoes should not be chopped too coarsely so they cook faster.
Step 3
Combine chopped vegetables with chicken, salt, pepper and add a little mayonnaise.
Step 4
We take a sleeve of the right size, send all the ingredients into it, make several punctures in the sleeve (you can use a toothpick) and send it to an oven preheated to 200 degrees. We cook the dish for about an hour.
The chicken fillet becomes tender and is saturated with the aroma of vegetables. Bon Appetit!
