- • chicken or turkey fillet - 350 g;
- • broccoli cabbage - 250 g;
- • cheese (best of all Parmesan, but any other hard cheese is possible) - 100 g;
- • cauliflower - 200 g;
- • red tomatoes - 250 g;
- • onions (turnips or leeks) - 1-2 depending on size;
- • greens;
- • pasta or rice - 200 g.

Chop the onions finely.
