No one has yet canceled a full and healthy diet with walks and exercise. Better to give your preference to healthy vegetables, ripe pumpkin, cauliflower with lean meats and fish.
It is necessary
- Chicken breast (previously peeled and pitted) - 450 grams,
- medium onion - 1 pc,
- medium carrots - 1 pc,
- broccoli - 450-550 grams,
- vegetable oil,
- spice,
- any broth (preferably vegetable) - half a glass,
- soy sauce - optional.
Instructions
Step 1
We wash the meat well, dry it a little (with a soft cloth or paper towel) and cut into large pieces.
Peel the onion (if you wish, you can use two onion heads) and chop as small as possible. Cut the carrots into medium cubes. Divide the broccoli into small inflorescences.
Step 2
We heat a few tablespoons of vegetable oil in a saucepan (if desired, you can replace it with olive oil, whoever likes it) and fry the finely chopped onion until translucent.
Add chicken pieces to the onion and fry until golden brown.
As soon as the chicken has acquired an appetizing crust, add carrot cubes, broccoli and some nuts (preferably almonds). Stir gently, salt and pepper to taste. A pinch of sugar can add spice to the dish, if desired.
Step 3
Pour in broth (meat or vegetable - according to your taste) and leave the dish covered for 15-20 minutes, then remove from heat. Our dish is ready, we put it on portioned plates and serve.
An excellent side dish for such a dish would be crumbly rice.
