It is necessary

  • -300 ml of champagne,
  • -15 grams of gelatin,
  • -200 grams of kiwi,
  • -300 grams of banana,
  • -250 grams of apple,
  • -250 grams of grapes,
  • -250 grams of strawberries
  • -200 grams of red currant.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour 100 ml of champagne into a ladle, in which we soak 15 grams of gelatin for one hour.

Step 2

Cut the peeled bananas into circles. Peeled kiwi - small cubes. The neater the sliced fruit is, the more beautiful the jelly dessert will be.

Step 3

We wash the apples, peel them, remove the core, cut into small neat cubes, just like kiwi.

Step 4

Cut each grape into halves, remove the red currant from the branches. Cut the strawberries in halves.

Step 5

Put strawberries in small cups (best of all glass, it is easier to monitor the evenness of the layers). Put kiwi cubes on the strawberries. Put apples on the kiwi. The next layer is bananas, after bananas grapes, then red currants.

Step 6

We put a ladle with champagne and gelatin on low heat. Heat while stirring, but do not bring to a boil. We need to completely dissolve the gelatin.

Step 7

Remove the ladle from the heat and add 200 grams of champagne (the rest) to the dissolved gelatin, mix well.

Step 8

Pour fruit and berries with champagne with gelatin to the top. The champagne should cover all the fruit. We put cups of fruit and champagne in the refrigerator overnight.

Step 9

We take out the finished fruit jelly from the refrigerator. Put the cups in a bowl of hot water for 2-3 seconds and turn them over onto a nice dish.
