As the hotter days come, ice cream sales increase as it is the perfect way to cool off and enjoy a delicious taste. For a large company, you can make homemade ice cream cake with added coffee. Everyone will be surprised to learn that you did not purchase this dessert in the store, but prepared it yourself.

- Ingredients for the crust:
- - 150 g butter;
- - 1/4 cup sugar;
- - 2 1/2 cups shortbread cookies
- Ingredients for the filling:
- - 350 g whipped cream;
- - 120 g cream cheese;
- - 1/4 cup of cocoa powder, sugar;
- - 1/3 cup milk;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of coffee granules;
- - 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract;
- - chocolate syrup for cake decorating.
Instructions
Step 1
Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees.

In a bowl, combine the crumbled shortbread cookies, sugar and 130 g butter.

Grease a round shape with butter, pour out the sandy mass and form a cake with small sides.

Bake the cake for 12 minutes, then remove it, leave to cool at room temperature, without taking it out of the mold.
Step 5
Whisk cream cheese with cocoa powder and sugar until elastic. Dissolve coffee granules in milk, add to the cheese mixture, add vanilla extract. Add whipped cream.
Step 6
Put the mass on the cooled crust, cover with cling film, put the ice cream cake in the freezer for at least 4 hours, and preferably overnight.
Step 7
10 minutes before serving, take out the coffee ice cream cake, pour over it with chocolate syrup.
