An elementary recipe for delicate homemade ice cream includes only 3 components and a minimum of your efforts. The result is an invigorating coffee and creamy ice cream and a lot of delights.

If we immediately turn to the chemical processes that occur when freezing liquids, it becomes clear that not all recipes for homemade ice cream using milk will give a sweet tooth a delicate texture. Without an ice cream maker, additional impurities, heating, long stirring of the mass and ice baths, you can hardly get something that does not resemble a flavored snowball. In order not to spoil the food and not stand for a long time at the stove, it is enough to take 3 components:
- cream of at least 33% fat content - 0.2 kg;
- condensed milk - 0.1 kg;
- instant coffee, cocoa, vanilla or any other additive to taste.

The peculiarity of creating delicious ice cream is that all components must be pre-cooled. This also applies to the mixer attachment. Such a "life hack" can shorten the preparation time of the ice cream.
- Stir the cream and condensed milk in a deep bowl.
- Add any of the selected additives to the total mass to give your homemade ice cream your favorite taste.
- Beat the mixture without bringing it to the consistency of butter. The ice cream base should resemble a liquid cream.
- Pour the resulting base into molds and place in the freezer for at least 6 hours.
