Soy asparagus is a new and unusual product on the table of many Russians. But you can cook very tasty and equally healthy dishes from it. Soy asparagus is rich in B vitamins, including B9 (folic acid), which is involved in cell renewal, formation and growth, vitamins A, C and PP, potassium, magnesium, zinc, copper. It also contains 42 g per 100 g of plant protein product, fully assimilated by the human body.
  It is necessary
- 300 g dry soy asparagus;
 - 400 g carrots;
 - 2 teaspoons of ground coriander;
 - 1 teaspoon ground hot red pepper;
 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper;
 - 1/2 cup vegetable oil
 - 4, 5 tablespoons of vinegar 9%;
 - 3 tablespoons of sugar;
 - 1 tablespoon of salt.
 
Instructions
Step 1
Soak dry soy asparagus in cold water for 8 hours.
Step 2
Squeeze well-swollen asparagus and cut into 3-4 cm pieces.
Step 3
Peel and grate fresh carrots.
Step 4
Combine the asparagus and carrots in a large bowl. Add spices to them: coriander, red and black pepper. Stir.
Step 5
Combine vegetable oil, vinegar, sugar and salt in a small saucepan.
Step 6
Heat the oil mixture over low heat to dissolve the dry ingredients, but do not boil.
Step 7
Pour the oil mixture over the asparagus and carrots. Mix well.
Step 8
Put the salad in the refrigerator for 8-10 hours, stir occasionally.
Step 9
When the salad is infused, you can serve it to the table.
