Soy asparagus is nutritious and rich in nutrients. Dishes from it are prepared quite simply and taste good.

Instructions
Step 1
Soak soy asparagus in cold water for 5 hours. Then take it out of the water and rinse well. Cut the food into small pieces.

Cut the onions and carrots into strips, then fry the vegetables in vegetable oil for five minutes. Put soy asparagus in a frying pan with vegetables, cover with a lid and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
