  • - 100 grams of dried soy asparagus;
  • - 1 onion;
  • - 1 medium carrot;
  • - 2 cloves of garlic;
  • - 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
  • - cilantro greens;
  • - a pinch of ground red pepper;
  • - 1 tablespoon of soy sauce.

Instructions

Step 1

Soak soy asparagus in cold water for 5 hours. Then take it out of the water and rinse well. Cut the food into small pieces.

Step 2

Cut the onions and carrots into strips, then fry the vegetables in vegetable oil for five minutes. Put soy asparagus in a frying pan with vegetables, cover with a lid and simmer for 7-10 minutes.

Step 3

Add finely chopped garlic, soy sauce, red pepper and chopped cilantro to the dish. Stir the contents of the pan and let it simmer for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
