    • 1 liter of milk;
    • 50 g butter;
    • half a glass of flour;
    • 3 eggs;
    • 120 g sugar;
    • 30 g sour cream;
    • vegetable oil
    • salt.
    • For cottage cheese manna with berry sauce:
    • a glass of flour;
    • 400 grams of cottage cheese;
    • a glass of semolina;
    • 10 g baking powder;
    • half a glass of sugar;
    • a glass of milk;
    • 150 g butter;
    • a handful of any berries;
    • half a glass of water.

Instructions

Step 1

Cook a thick semolina porridge. To do this, add cereal to boiling milk and cook for 3 minutes, then put salt, butter and sugar in the porridge. Cool it down and place in a bowl.

Step 2

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Add the yolks to the porridge, stir. Pour flour there. Beat the whites into a strong foam and pour them into the semolina dough, mix gently.

Step 3

Line a baking dish with parchment paper, then coat with vegetable oil and flour. Pour the dough into a mold.

Step 4

Lubricate the surface of the manna with sour cream and pierce with a fork in several places. The fat content of sour cream should be at least 25%. Place the pie in a preheated oven and bake until tender. This will take about 30 minutes. Put the finished manna on a dish, decorate it with powdered sugar and serve as an unusual dessert for tea.

Step 5

Mannik with cottage cheese is prepared a little differently. Mix semolina with sifted flour, and cottage cheese with granulated sugar. Pour these mixtures into a mold as follows: a layer of flour, a layer of cottage cheese.

Step 6

Heat the milk, extinguish the baking powder in it, add the butter and pour the resulting butter-milk mixture into the mold. Bake in a preheated oven for half an hour. You can add fruits and berries to the manna. They should be laid out in a separate layer.

Step 7

Make berry sauce. To do this, pour water into a saucepan, add a teaspoon of sugar, bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Pour the resulting syrup over the berries; frozen berries are also quite suitable for this sauce. Grind everything with a blender. The berry sauce is ready, pour over the baked manna and serve.
