  • - kefir - 1 glass;
  • - wheat flour - 1 glass;
  • - soda - 0.5 teaspoon;
  • - vinegar;
  • - egg - 1 pc.;
  • - apples - 2 pcs.;
  • - cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
  • - vanillin - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Combine the granulated sugar with an ingredient such as semolina in a separate bowl. Pour this dry mixture with a glass of kefir. Stir everything well, then set it aside for about half an hour. This is necessary in order for the mass to swell.

Step 2

Crack a raw chicken egg and place in a separate bowl. Beat it thoroughly, then add to the swollen semolina. Stir the mixture properly.

Step 3

After extinguishing the soda with vinegar, add it to the bulk along with vanilla and cinnamon. Then add flour there. Do not pour it all out at once. Do this as you knead. Thus, you should get a mixture, the consistency of which is similar to not very thick sour cream.

Peel the fruit and cut it into small slices. Pour crushed apples into the resulting liquid mixture. Mix everything well.
