It is necessary

  • - 250 g chicken fillet
  • - 50 g of semi-hard cheese (your choice)
  • - 50 g of hard cheese (you can take Parmesan)
  • - 100 g champignons
  • - 100 g cream (preferably at least 15% fat)
  • - 100 g of white semi-sweet wine
  • - 1 tbsp. l. flour
  • - 2 cloves of garlic
  • - 30 g almonds

Instructions

Step 1

Cut the chicken fillet into medium-sized pieces, cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Put the mushrooms in a hot frying pan and fry them. Then add salt and spices, 2 tbsp. white wine and leave to sweat for another 5-7 minutes. In another pan over high heat in vegetable or olive oil, fry the chicken fillet until browned.

Step 2

Now it's the turn of the sauce. Thoroughly mix the flour with cream, pepper a little, add finely chopped or crushed garlic and grated soft cheese. Stir until cheese dissolves, add remaining white wine and stir.

Step 3

Carefully lay out the salad in layers: first the mushrooms, on top of the chicken breast. Pour the resulting creamy wine sauce, sprinkle with finely chopped almonds and grated hard cheese.

Step 4

The final touch - we send our salad to the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
