Chicken chops topped with cheese look delicious and go with any occasion, be it a festive dinner or a quick snack. And it will not be difficult to cook them at home, because the products needed for the dish are available in almost every home.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 4 pcs;
- Flour of the highest grade - 4 tablespoons;
- Chicken eggs - 5 pcs;
- Hard cheese - 300 g;
- Salt;
- Ground black pepper;
- Spice;
- Olive oil;
- Fresh greens.
Preparation:
- Cut the loin separated from the bones lengthwise into not too thin slices.
- Gently beat off each slice with a meat hammer or rolling pin. The main thing is not to overdo it, as the chicken is quite tender and can tear.
- Prepare a mixture of spices, salt, black pepper and lightly rub the chops with it.
- So that the meat is well saturated with spices and salt, it is left in a bowl, stacked on top of each other. While the fillet is sitting, you can prepare two bowls. Pour sifted flour into one, break chicken eggs into the second.
- Pour sunflower oil into the pan (not too much). Put the chops in the heated oil, which were first dipped in a bowl of flour, and then with an egg. You can repeat the process several times, so the batter will be more airy.
- Maintain the fire for frying at a slightly below average level, fry the meat for 6 minutes on each side until a characteristic golden crust is formed.
- While the poultry is being cooked, chop up the hard cheese on a coarse grater and mix it with finely chopped herbs.
- A minute before the chop is ready, sprinkle the meatball with a mixture of grated cheese and herbs. As soon as it flows, it should be removed from the fire.
- Place gently on a dish and garnish with a sprig of dill. Top with tomatoes if desired.
