It is necessary

  • - fat cream 200 g,
  • - semi-sweet red wine half a bottle,

Instructions

Step 1

Rinse chicken fillet, cut into large pieces. Put a large skillet on the fire to warm up. Add butter. We spread the pieces of chicken fillet, fry until golden brown, salt. Add a little water, close the pan with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Wash the tomatoes. Dip in boiling water for a few minutes, remove the skin. Throw away the skins. Cut the tomatoes in half. Grate tomatoes on a coarse grater. Take a wooden spoon and pour the grated tomatoes evenly over the chicken fillet. Close with a lid and simmer for 10 minutes.

We take a bottle of red semi-sweet wine. Better than Georgian. Pour wine over the chicken so that the fillet pieces are completely covered. Close the lid and simmer for another 5 minutes.

Step 4

We take heavy cream and add to the pan to the chicken fillet. Mix everything gently. Simmer for another 10 minutes on low heat, occasionally stirring the contents of the pan.
