Charlotte is familiar to everyone from childhood. Grandmothers love to pamper their grandchildren with apple pie. Charlotte turns out to be so juicy and tasty that it is impossible to tear yourself away from it. I bring to your attention the usual charlotte, but in a dietary version.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- 45 grams of fat-free cottage cheese,
- 3 tablespoons skim milk
- 1 tablespoon flower honey
- 1/3 cup oatmeal (ground flakes)
- some salt and olive oil.
- For filling:
- 2 ripe sour apples
- some lemon juice
- 70 grams of natural yogurt,
- 90 grams of fat-free cottage cheese,
- one egg,
- 1-2 tablespoons of flower honey
- a third of a tablespoon of oatmeal.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine low-fat cottage cheese and cold milk in a volumetric bowl. Add a pinch of salt and a spoonful of flower honey, mix well.
Mix the sifted flour and baking powder with the curd mixture. We knead the dough, from which we form a ball. We wrap the dough in a film or bag and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Step 2
We put the rolled dough into a mold, form the sides.
We put the oven to warm up. We bake the base at a temperature of 180 degrees for no more than ten minutes.
Step 3
Rinse the apples well, cut them into thin slices and mix with lemon juice. How much lemon juice to add - everyone decides for himself. A tablespoon is usually sufficient, but a larger one can be used.
Step 4
Mix 70 grams of natural yogurt with sifted flour. Add lightly beaten eggs, flower honey and lemon juice. Add fat-free cottage cheese to the resulting mass and knead well.
Step 5
We take out the base from the oven and put a layer of apples on it, cover it with the curd mass, put the second layer of apples on top and again the curd mass. Decorate the top of the pie with apple slices and bake the cake pan for about 20 minutes.
Our charlotte is ready. Serve with fragrant evening tea. Enjoy your tea.
