Thin sheet pita bread is an excellent base for many original rolls. This roll is a great snack. One of the recipes - a roll with mushrooms, cheese and crab sticks, has a delicate taste and takes a minimum amount of time.

- - Thin lavash (sheet)
- - Mayonnaise - 250-300 g
- - Hard cheese - 200 g
- - Processed cheese - 2 packs
- - Chicken eggs, hard boiled - 3 pcs
- - Crab sticks - 200 g
- - Dill
- - Green onions
- - Mushrooms (champignons) - 200 g
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the mushrooms in salted water, remove, let the water drain, and the mushrooms dry out. Instead of boiling them, you can lightly fry them in sunflower oil, pre-salting to taste. We lay out pita bread on the table, grease each sheet with mayonnaise.
Step 2
Eggs are rubbed on a coarse grater and sprinkled with egg mass on the 1st sheet. Rub the cheese on a coarse grater and sprinkle the 2nd sheet with cheese mass, then put finely chopped mushrooms and processed cheese grated on a coarse grater here. Pour and spread the remaining mayonnaise on this sheet. We unfold the crab sticks, put them on the 3rd sheet. Sprinkle all three leaves with finely chopped herbs on top.
Step 3
We fold the first sheet into a roll, put it at the beginning of the second sheet, fold it, then put the folded sheets at the beginning of the third sheet and fold the roll to the end. We leave the finished roll in a cool place for 2 hours so that it is well saturated with mayonnaise. Cut into slices before serving.
