Lavash roll will delight the whole family and your guests at the table.
It is necessary
- - lavash - 2 sheets
- - crab sticks - 1 pack
- - Russian cheese - 300 grams
- - garlic (cloves) - 3 cloves
- - dill greens - 6 branches
- - provencal mayonnaise - 300-400 grams
Instructions
Step 1
Grate crab sticks on a coarse grater. Add 150 g of mayonnaise. Mix well.
Step 2
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and finely grate the garlic. Stir cheese, garlic and mayonnaise in a separately prepared bowl. Chop the herbs finely.
Step 3
Lay out the first sheet of pita bread on a flat surface. Put the resulting crab mixture on it and smooth it well over the surface. Place another sheet of pita bread on top. Put the cheese mass on it and also smooth it over the surface.
Step 4
Sprinkle dill on top of a sheet of pita bread and roll into a roll. Put the resulting roll in a plastic bag and refrigerate for two hours. Cut into cylinders before serving. Bon Appetit.
