Pizza is perhaps the most popular dish in any home, especially if there are children in it. Not everyone likes to tinker with the dough and spend a lot of time cooking, so they prefer ready-made options of dubious quality. For such lovers of Italian cuisine, a quick recipe for pizza in a pan is ideal.
It is necessary
- - 2 chicken eggs;
- - 8 tbsp. sour cream;
- - 9 tbsp. flour;
- - 0.5 tsp soda;
- - 100 g of ham;
- - 50 g salami;
- - 50 g of hard unsweetened cheese;
- - 50 g parmesan;
- - 3 large mushrooms;
- - 1 medium tomato;
- - 1 small onion;
- - 2-3 rings of green and red bell peppers;
- - 2 pitted olives;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 0.5 tsp Italian herbs;
- - 1 tsp salt;
- - 0.5 tsp dried basil;
- - 1 tbsp. vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the ingredients for the filling. Slice the ham and salami into thin, even circles or semicircles. Remember to skin the sausages if they are not natural or too tough. Grate the cheeses on a fine grater, but do not mix them.
Step 2
Rinse the mushrooms, clean if necessary, and place in a small saucepan or stewpan. Fill them with 1, 5 tbsp. water, stir in it 0.5 tsp. salt, bring to a boil and cook mushrooms until half cooked for 8 minutes. Cool them on a tray or cutting board and cut into nice longitudinal slices.
Step 3
Remove the husk from the onion and chop it finely. Cut the tomato into quarters, and then into thin half-moons. Crush the garlic in a special press. Chop each olive into crosswise rings.
Step 4
Prepare the dough. Whisk the sour cream and beaten eggs in a bowl. Add baking soda there. You will hear a faint hiss as it is extinguished by the acid of the dairy product. Then add salt to the mixture, add Italian herbs and flour and mix everything thoroughly.
Step 5
Grease a skillet with vegetable oil using a cooking brush and place over medium heat. As soon as the pan is warmed up, pour the dough into it and quickly spread it in an even layer until it has time to set.
Step 6
Place ham and salami, tomato and pepper slices, as well as chopped mushrooms, onions and olives evenly over the entire surface of the flour base. Scatter the garlic chunks on top and cover the dish with a layer of grated hard cheese.
Step 7
Cook the pizza in a skillet for 15-20 minutes, covered. Gently transfer it to a large, thick-bottomed plate using a wide wooden or metal spatula and sprinkle with Parmesan and dried basil. Wait 5 minutes and cut the pizza into triangular pieces with a regular sharpened knife or a special pizza wheel.
