- For making Caesar sauce: freshly ground pepper; salt; Thai fish sauce - 2 drops, balsamic vinegar - 4 drops; anchovy fillet - 4 pcs; refined vegetable oil - 50 ml; olive oil - 20 ml; lemon juice - 1 tsp; mustard - 1/4 tsp; egg - 1 pc.

To make Caesar salad, peel and chop the garlic. Pour olive oil into a small bowl and add the pieces of garlic. Let the oil sit for 2 hours.

Cut the bread into small cubes. Heat the garlic oil in a skillet and add the bread cubes. Fry them until they turn into croutons. Then put them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with Provencal herbs and salt. Preheat the oven to 180oC with the croutons and dry them.

Next, rinse the lettuce leaves thoroughly. Pour cold water into a large bowl, dip the lettuce into it and let it sit for an hour. This will keep the salad crisp and crisp. After the allotted time, remove from the salad bowl, shake off the water, and pat dry with paper towels or paper towels. If you want to make the Caesar salad the right way, pick the green salad with your hands into a clean bowl rather than cutting it with a knife.

Beat the mixture again with a blender until smooth. Add a couple of drops of Worcestershire sauce or balsamic vinegar. Stir and lightly salt the sauce as you like.

Add cooked sauce to the salad. Rub the salad bowl with the chopped garlic clove. Place lettuce and sauce on top of it. Pour some extra sauce over the salad. Place the croutons on top of the leaves and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
