"Caesar" is recognized as one of the most popular salads. It was invented by an Italian chef from the simplest products (cheese, lettuce, sauce and homemade bread croutons). Today, many people prepare several versions of the Caesar salad. Boiled or smoked chicken, bacon, shrimp or other foods are added to his recipe. In any case, it turns out very tasty.

4 slices of ciabatta; - 100 g romano salad; - Parmesan cheese; - garlic; - olive oil; - salt and pepper to taste. For the sauce: - 1-2 yolks; - 4 anchovies; - 10 g parmesan; - 4 things. capers; - 3 tbsp. olive oil; - 1 tsp dijon mustard; - ½ tsp wine vinegar; - ½ tsp lemon juice

Step 1
To prepare the classic Italian Caesar salad, you first need to brown the ciabatta until golden brown. This is such Italian bread. Cut the ciabatta into small cubes. Peel and crush a few cloves of garlic in a mortar, then combine with olive oil and grind well. Toss the ciabatta pieces with the garlic butter, season with salt and place in one layer on a baking sheet. Roast in the oven until crisp and golden brown. You should get aromatic croutons with a garlic taste and smell.

Cool the toasted ciabatta and start preparing the sauce for the Italian Caesar salad dressing. Finely chop anchovies with capers, add finely chopped garlic, drizzle with olive oil, vinegar and Dijon mustard mixture, squeeze out some lemon juice and stir.

Separate the yolks from the whites and mix with the grated Parmesan cheese. Salt a little, you can add pepper to taste. Toss and combine with anchovies and capers.
