Step 1
Boil 250 g of "Horns" pasta. For 100 g of pasta, you need to take 1 liter of water.

In order to prepare the sauce, you need to take parsley, cut off the tough stems. Run the remainder into a blender bowl. Add 50 g of pine nuts, a clove of garlic, a little sea salt, a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese, 100 ml of olive oil. Grind everything with a blender until smooth.
