The origins of the preparation of tiramisu dessert lie in Italy. This wonderful delicacy is popular all over the world. Dessert is a multi-layer structure. There are many variations of this recipe. In the presented recipe for tiramisu, alcohol is not used, it is more a children's version of the dessert.
Ingredients:
- Mascarpone cheese (creamy) - 600 g;
- Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.;
- Powdered sugar - 6 tablespoons;
- Freshly brewed coffee - 400 ml;
- Sarvoyardi cookies ("Ladies sticks") - 250 g;
- Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon;
- Chocolate bar (better bitter) - 1 piece.
Preparation:
- Take chicken eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. In a sufficiently deep bowl, beat the whites into a stable foam, adding a teaspoon of powdered sugar. The protein mass should be dense enough and not spread.
- We take the yolks set aside and, using a mixer, beat them with powdered sugar until white.
- Add mascarpone cream cheese to the resulting yolk sugar mass. Mix gently until smooth. We do it by hand with a spoon. Next, add the whipped egg whites. Gently, one spoon at a time, stirring into the mass.
- Pour the chilled coffee into a convenient container. We dip the cookies in coffee for 2 seconds. Put them in the dish where the dessert will be. After laying out the first layer, you can pour out half of the prepared cream. We spread the second layer of cookies dipped in coffee, and the remaining cream on top.
- You can leave some cream to decorate the tiramisu. Using a pastry bag and a special nozzle, make cones.
- Put the finished tiramisu dessert in the refrigerator for 12 hours to soak.
- Before serving, decorate, through a strainer, with cocoa powder and finely grated chocolate. Pre-chill the chocolate.
