  • - chicken breast - 2 pcs.;
  • - egg - 1 pc.;
  • - onions - 1-2 pcs.;
  • - cheese - 100 g;
  • - cream of 20 percent fat content - 1 glass;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - sunflower oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove skin, pieces of fat and bones from the chicken breast. Cut the resulting chicken fillet into plates, beat them slightly, and then cut the chops into small pieces. Put the chicken meat in a small bowl.

Step 2

Peel the onions, finely chop, pour into a bowl to the chicken fillet. We beat one egg into a bowl for the chicken, salt and pepper to taste, and mix well. If the mass turns out to be very liquid, you can add a little flour.

Step 3

Grease the baking dish with sunflower oil. With wet hands or a tablespoon, spread the cutlet mass on a baking sheet, forming balls at the same time. Preheat the oven to 180-190 degrees, put a baking sheet in it and bake for a quarter of an hour.

Step 4

While the chicken balls are baking, prepare the filling for them. To do this, rub the cheese on a coarse grater and put it in a bowl. Pass the garlic through a garlic press or chop it very finely, put it on the grated cheese, pour it with cream and stir it into a state of uniformity. We take out the form with chicken balls from the oven, pour over the sauce and bake for about half an hour.

Chicken balls in a cheese and cream sauce can be served as an independent dish or in combination with mashed potatoes or boiled pasta.
