Salmon soups are unusually tasty. Creamy soup from this wonderful type of fish is no exception. It cooks quickly, easily, and tastes good. Try making it yourself at home.

It is necessary
- Serves 4:
- -1 liter of water
- - whole peppercorns
- -1/2 teaspoon (or to taste) salt
- -1 onion, finely chopped
- -3 carrots, peeled and chopped
- -6-7 potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- -500 grams of skinless and boneless salmon
- -300 ml cream
- - a bunch of dill, finely chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a large saucepan and toss in a couple of whole black peppercorns, salt, and onions. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
Step 2
After simmering for 10 minutes, add carrots, potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes or until potatoes are half cooked.
Step 3
Add salmon and cream to step 2. Simmer the soup over low heat for another 10-15 minutes or until the fish is cooked through.
Step 4
Sprinkle with dill and a couple of peppercorns before serving and serve. Ideal combination with black bread. Bon Appetit!
