Charlotte traces its history back to the distant 18th century. This dessert was invented for Queen Charlotte, who patronized the apple growers. Over the long history, the composition of the charlotte has constantly changed, but the name has always remained the same.

- - 100 ml of milk
- - 80 g butter
- - 8 tbsp. l. flour

Step 1
Beat the eggs thoroughly with 5 tbsp. l sugar.

Add melted butter to the sugar and egg mixture. Stir well until the sugar crystals are completely dissolved.

Add milk and baking powder, whisk until bubbles form.

Sift the flour with a sieve and knead the dough. It should be slightly thick, but not too runny.
Step 5
Pour 3 tbsp into a baking dish. l. sugar and pour over water until completely wet. Put tangerines and lemons in circles (you can cut directly with the peel). Microwave at maximum power for 2-3 minutes.
Step 6
After the syrup has formed, remove the dish from the microwave and pour over the dough. Bake for 7-8 minutes at maximum power. Willingness to control with a toothpick.
