  • - ground almonds - 50 g;
  • - cognac - 2 tablespoons;
  • - white chocolate - 200 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Place the butter and milk in a saucepan. Put the mixture on fire and bring to a boil. As soon as this happens, remove it from the heat and combine with semolina and poppy seeds. Pour in the creamy milk mixture gradually, while stirring continuously. Mix the resulting mass thoroughly and do not touch for 10 minutes.

Step 2

Combine the following ingredients in one cup: sugar, vanillin, cottage cheese, egg, ground almonds and cognac. Mix everything well and add to the manna-poppy mixture.

Put the resulting mass in pre-prepared molds. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and send the future dessert there to bake for 40-45 minutes. It is not difficult to understand the readiness of the dish - it should easily deviate from the form.

Put white chocolate broken into small wedges in a saucepan and put on fire. Heat it until it turns into a homogeneous mass.
