To pamper your guests or your family, you can make your own cottage cheese dessert. It doesn't need to be baked and the ingredients are widely available. Such a delicacy will not harm the figure, but on the contrary, it will be useful for everyone, including children.
To prepare dessert you will need:
- cottage cheese 0, 4 kg;
- sour cream - 0.25 kg;
- banana 2-3 pcs;
- chocolate - 50 g;
- milk - 300 ml;
- sugar - 1 glass;
- vanilla sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- vanillin - 20 g.
Pour 800-100 ml of cold milk into vanillin and leave for 1-2 hours to swell. It is best to do this in a small saucepan or metal bowl. After the time has elapsed, put the container on low heat and heat until the gelatin has completely melted. Stir the mixture constantly and do not let it boil. Pour granulated sugar and vanilla sugar into hot milk and simmer until the sugar crystals dissolve.
Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve or pass it through a meat grinder, add sour cream to it and beat with a mixer until smooth. Pour milk with gelatin and sugar into a bowl, mix everything thoroughly, and then divide the curd mass into two equal parts.
Melt dark (milk, but not white) chocolate in a water bath, let it cool slightly and pour it into one of the parts of the curd mass.
Cool any baking dish in the freezer, put the white part in it and put it in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Bananas (2 pcs.) Cut lengthwise into 2-3 parts, the third is set aside for now.
Put banana strips on the cooled curd mass and fill with chocolate mixture. We put in the refrigerator overnight, then carefully remove it on a flat plate and decorate with a banana, cut into washers.
