This light and delicious banana curd dessert will impress even the most sophisticated gourmets. It is prepared simply, even men who are inexperienced in cooking will be able to please their women.
To prepare this wonderful cottage cheese and banana dessert, you do not need to have great talents in cooking, it is easy to prepare and very pleasant to the taste. And the cottage cheese included in the composition makes this delicacy not only amazingly tasty, but also healthy. All ingredients are natural. This dessert is recommended even for children. The combination of sour cream and banana gives a delicate texture and a pleasant rich taste that everyone will like.
The active cooking time is 20 minutes. However, keep in mind that it is advisable to spend the night in the refrigerator for dessert, so you need to prepare it in advance. This is very convenient in case of organizing a holiday, when on the day of the event you do not have much free time, you just decorate the finished dessert and serve it on the table.
We will need:
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Flour - 3 tbsp. spoons
- Bananas - 5 pcs. (3 for dough and 2 for garnishing)
- Sour cream - 150 g
- Eggs - 3 pcs.
- Sugar - 5 tbsp. spoons
- Salt - a pinch
- Chocolate icing - optional
Cooking method:
- First, turn on the oven at a temperature of 150-160 degrees.

Peel three bananas and grind in a blender until smooth.
- Add cottage cheese to a blender and mix thoroughly again.
- Add sugar, salt and flour, beat well. There should be a homogeneous mass without lumps.
- Add eggs and sour cream, beat well.

Pour the resulting mass into a mold and bake in the oven at a temperature of 150 degrees for 1 hour - 1 hour 10 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate overnight.

Before serving, decorate with bananas, cut into circles and, if desired, pour with chocolate icing.
Chocolate icing recipe
In a small bowl, mix 1 tbsp. a spoonful of butter, 2 cups of powdered sugar (preferably sifted) and 2 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder. Optionally add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla sugar. Add milk gradually, stirring until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
