Cottage cheese-poppy dessert is not only very tasty, but also a healthy delicacy. Due to the content of a large amount of phosphorus and calcium, cottage cheese helps to strengthen bones and teeth, and poppy has a calming effect and normalizes sleep.
It is necessary
- - milk (750 ml);
- - semolina (150 g);
- - sugar (150 g);
- - fat-free cottage cheese (125 g);
- - ground almonds (50 g);
- - white chocolate (200 g);
- - butter (125 g);
- - ground poppy seeds (150 g);
- - vanillin (1 sachet);
- - egg (1 piece);
- - cognac (2 tablespoons).
Instructions
Step 1
Pour the poppy into a fine sieve, rinse it from dust and debris. After the poppy is dry, mix it with semolina in a deep bowl.
Step 2
Pour milk into a saucepan, add butter to it and bring to a boil over low heat. Pour boiled milk into the manna-poppy mixture in small portions, stirring thoroughly to avoid the appearance of lumps.
Step 3
Add cottage cheese, egg, sugar, vanillin, cognac and chopped almonds to the manna-poppy mixture and mix the entire contents until smooth.
Step 4
Put the resulting porridge in muffin tins and bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 40-45 minutes. If the dough has moved away from the walls of the form, then the baked goods are ready.
Step 5
Put the finished baked goods on the wire rack and let it cool slightly.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath, after which we dip each cupcake in it. Before serving, the curd-poppy delicacy can be decorated with multi-colored confectionery crumbs or chocolate figurines.
